A traditional product created with a modern twist. Koy Sefasi Kirma Yesil are tied in the natural way with dried lemon and grape leaves. The product's taste is well maintained thanks to its totally natural packaging, which prevents it from being exposed to light and air, thus preventing loss of nutrients. Zeytin is placed within the basket structure which has the same goal as the classic Wicker structure made of agave and other poisonous plants. In this new packaging system there is also a waist that aims to protect Zeytin from exposure to sunlight, rain and hail.
