Usage and Storage of Spring Roll Pastry
- Take out a package of spring roll pastry from the freezer. Leave the pastry in the packet to defrost for 40 minutes.
- Remove the pastry from the packet and cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap to prevent drying.
- Wrap your spring rolls.
- Deep fry spring rolls at 170°C for 4–6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve.
