Description
Marmara Birlik Gemlik Hiper Black Olives are produced from fully matured olives and are made using traditional techniques. They have a dark purple colour with low acidity and contain vitamins C and E. The salt content is optimum and the product is ideal to be served as table olives or in olive oil as an ingredient for omelettes and meat. They are best consumed within three months of packing.
